This time we decided to go for one of the most gorgeous cities in the world, Barcelona.
Firstly, accommodation. In Barcelona there's a wide range of different hotels, but our choice landed on probably the most popular one, Hotel El Palace Barcelona( Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 668 ).
Elegant rooms (some with decorative fireplaces) have free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and minibars, plus luxe bathrooms with designer toiletries. Suites add sitting rooms or separate living spaces, and many feature whirlpool tubs. Room service is available.
Secondly, and probably the most important, is food. And the place that we found accidentally is Café Kafka. It was a great surprise cos the cafe ended up being an absolute pleasure. The cuisine and service was delightful. Also we enjoyed the atmosphere of cool, modern and cozy interior design.
When the time got to choosing a sightseeing to attend, there was no effort at all cos obviously the most famous landmark in Barcelona is Sagrada Familia. The Basílica i Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Família is a large Roman Catholic church in Barcelona, designed by Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí. What we would love to say is that the impression which is left after visiting it is unforgettable.
Talking about evening time activities there r obviously lots of concerts, festivals, shows and cool bars. But maybe the best thing to do in the evening in Barcelona is to take a long walk around the streets cos the city gets even more beautiful at night time.
So in conclusion from what we have seen Barcelona is a gorgeous place to spend your holiday in. The city's range of colors and unbelievable architecture is mind-blowing and no doubt we suggest everybody to visit this Spanish city.
