Hello everybody, this time our trip took place in an amazing city called San Francisco. San Francisco, in northern California, is a hilly city on the tip of a peninsula surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay. It's known for its year-round fog, iconic Golden Gate Bridge, cable cars and colorful Victorian houses. The Financial District's Transamerica Pyramid is its most distinctive skyscraper. In the bay sits Alcatraz Island, site of the notorious former prison.
Now let's talk about places to get some delicious food. One of them is Waterbar, which is located on 399 The Embarcadero. Happy-hour crowds seek oysters, champagne, views & more at a circular bar, a deck & outdoor tables.
Then we headed out sightseeings and the first iconic place turned out to be Lombard Street. Lombard Street is an east–west street in San Francisco, California that is famous for a steep, one-block section with eight hairpin turns. Stretching from The Presidio east to The Embarcadero (with a gap on Telegraph Hill), most of the street's western segment is a major thoroughfare designated as part of U.S. Route 101. The famous one-block section, claimed as "the most crooked street in the world", is located along the eastern segment in the Russian Hill neighborhood.
Another famous tourist attraction is tram, that has become a true icon of the city. The San Francisco cable car system is the world's last manually operated cable car system. An icon of San Francisco, the cable car system forms part of the intermodal urban transport network operated by the San Francisco Municipal Railway.
All in all, our trip to San Francisco was incredibly enjoyable, so we definitely suggest u to come here and explore this amazing American city.
